- Represents Australian fashion chains: Portmans and David Jones Limited.
- Kerr began modeling in the fashion industry when she was 13, starting at Chaay's Modelling Agency, and soon after winning a 1997 Australian nationwide model search hosted by Dolly magazine and Impulse fragrances.
- Once in New York, Kerr had a multitude of runway appearances and then signed with Next model agency in early 2004, and was then booked for runway and print campaigns for major labels.
- 2006 - Broke into the United States market with Maybelline New York where the campaign ran in a series of internationally sold women's beauty magazines including Cosmopolitan, CLEO, and Elle, that was eventually featured in Victoria's Secret catalogues.
- 2006 - Nominated to become the successor of Alessandra Ambrosio as the face of PINK.
- 2007 - Became the first Australian model to be offered a contract with Victoria's Secret in 2007, replacing Gisele Bündchen.
- Increases popularity as one of the globally recognized Angels who appeared in Victoria's Secret 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 televised runway shows, which aired on four continents.

- American author, political activist and lecturer.
- First deaf blind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduated from Radcliffe College at the age of 24 in 1904.
- Outspoken in her opposition to war and campaigned for women's suffrage, workers' rights, and socialism, as well as many other progressive causes.
- Was not born blind and deaf; she contracted an illness 19 months old, described by doctors as "an acute congestion of the stomach and the brain", which did not last long, but left her deaf and blind.
- By the age of seven, she had over 60 home signs to communicate with her family.
- Keller was usually photographed in profile due to a protruding left eye. Both eyes were replaced in adulthood with glass replicas for "medical and cosmetic reasons".
- Former student of the Perkins Institute for the Blind, Anne Sullivan, was visually impaired and was only 20 years old when she became Keller's instructor. She taught Helen to communicate by spelling words into her hand that lead to a breakthrough.
- May 1888 - 1900 - attended the Perkins Institute for the Blind, Wright-Humason School for the Deaf, Horace Mann School for the Deaf, The Cambridge School for Young Ladies.
- 1900 - gained admittance to Radcliffe College and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
- Keller went on to become a world-famous speaker and author.
- 1915 - founded the Helen Keller International (HKI) organization with George Kessler that devoted to research in vision, health and nutrition.
- 1920 - helped to founded the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Keller and Sullivan travelled to over 39 countries.
- Member of the Socialist Party and actively campaigned in support of the working class in 1909-1921.
- Beginning of the 20th century - considered radicals with Mark Twain, where their political views have been forgotten or glossed over in popular perception. Newspaper columnists who had praised her courage and intelligence before she expressed her socialist views.
WRITINGS:
Wrote a total of 12 published books and several articles.
1891 - The Frost King
1903 - published autobiography, The Story of My Life, with help from Sullivan and Sullivan's husband, John Macy, that included words that Keller wrote and the story of her life up to age 21, written during her time in college.
1908 - Wrote The World I Live In, giving readers an insight into how she felt about the world.
1913 - published Out of the Dark, a series of essays on socialism.
1927 - published her spiritual autobiography, My Religion, re-issued as Light in my Darkness.
